Monthly Subscription Sign-Up

Please take a moment to fill out the form if choosing a monthly subscription to our classes. We will need at least 4 families to run a class. Within 1 business day of finishing the form, you will get a confirmation email that we have enough families to run a class and/or that there are still spots available. You will then be directed to return to this page and choose the Pricing Plan that is best for your family and to pay to secure your spot (Monthly Subscriptions).
